WHO WE ARE

Wurthy Productions was formed in 2024 by Stella Staab and Billy Garratt-John.

They have a combined 20 years of experience making content for some of the world’s biggest broadcasters and production companies.

    Stella is a creative producer with experience working internationally across film, TV and digital content. Stella is passionate about growing media literacy and finds herself most drawn to factual projects where she can work alongside contributors to identify unique, engaging narratives.


  • Company Director

    Born and raised in the city of Bristol, England, Billy has worked across the television industry. TV is a passion Billy has been able to turn into a successful career, with experience ranging from game shows, reality and consumer programmes to children’s, archive documentary and sports broadcasting. He currently resides in South Auckland.
